In the Workflow tab, you and your teammates with Workflow access can view all of your completed work and mark jobs as “Completed” “Pending” or “Not Complete”. You can also add internal notes to communicate with other team members about the status.
This allows you to see at a glance what has been handled and what still needs attention.
