SpeakWrite Transcription Services accommodates a variety of dictation methods, affording you the chance to have us do your work.
You can use our free SpeakWrite App for mobile or desktop, upload audio/PDF files via the SpeakWrite Web Portal, provide YouTube, Dropbox or Google Drive links, call our toll-free dictation line at (800) YOU-DICTATE or (800) 968-3428, or use your traditional recording methods to create your dictation, then easily submit audio for transcription.
After your work is submitted to SpeakWrite, it is automatically routed to one of our qualified typists based in the U.S. and Canada. They will prepare your final document in the word processing software you selected upon setting up your account. Most work is completed in about 3 hours. Spanish work is completed in 10 days or less.

Dictation Line
Call our toll-free dictation line to record your audio directly from your phone. Begin dictating when instructed and hang up when finished. Your work will automatically be submitted to our system and immediately routed to our typist network.

Receive your completed document
Download File
Log in to you SpeakWrite Member Account, locate your transcribed document, and download the file.
Note: Completed documents and original audio files are kept on our system for 90 days.

Email Attachment
Your work will automatically be emailed to you in Word format upon completion. You may also request, during the course of your dictation, that a copy of that particular job be sent to an additional email address by stating 'SpeakWrite Typist, please also send a copy of this completed job to ___'.
Secure Link
You can receive your completed document via password protected URL. Manage this setting in your account by clicking ‘Preferences’ then clicking the 'Jobs' tab. Under 'Job Delivery' select 'Secure Link (SSL) Delivery'.
