    What You'll Do

    As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be instrumental in driving our market growth. You’ll:

    • Generate Qualified Leads: Drive new business by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads through strategic outreach, including high-volume prospecting to generate qualified leads, making 60+ calls per day.
    • Partner with Industry Directors: Work closely and collaboratively with assigned industry specific Director and Sales Manager to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.
    • Drive Sales Pipeline: Work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of discovery calls.
    • Schedule Discovery Calls: Schedule discovery calls for an industry specific Director.
    • Conduct Needs Assessments: Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned.
    • Meet call and appointment setting goals as assigned.

    Who Are You?

    • A strong interest in a long-term career in sales and the discipline to drive results.
    • Track record of high achievement and the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
    • Tenacity and perseverance – the ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better.
    • The technical aptitude to master our sales tools and naturally curious.
    • You will also have a proven ability to drive results, be resilient during challenging situations, have a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset.
