What We Are Looking For
It is crucial that transcriptionists for this position possess a native-like fluency in both English and Spanish, as well as formal experience with translation, in order to be successful.
- You have a background in word processing.

Job Requirements
- Do NOT live in California (Due to California law AB-5, SpeakWrite cannot accept applications from California residents).
- Have native-like fluency in both English and Spanish, and possess a strong knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Have at least 1 year of transcription / translation experience in both Spanish and English.
- Can type 45 WPM with 90% accuracy in Spanish.
- Can meet the technical equipment requirements below.
Technical Requirements
SpeakWrite employs cutting-edge technology to deliver quality audio to our transcriptionists. You will need the minimum required equipment to access our system:
- Windows-Based PC with minimum 6 GB RAM.
- Windows 10 operating system or newer.
- 64-bit operating system (32-bit not compatible).
- Apple computers are only compatible if you are able to run a Windows operating system.
- Windows OS is required.
- No tablets / smartphones.
- Headphones to listen to dictation.
- Foot Pedal to control audio (Optional: You will be notified when to order it if you choose to use one).
