There are a variety of reasons you may not be able to access your account, including:
  • We were not able to approve Work History without the required work experience, so your application was disabled.
  • You did not complete the testing within the 30-day time period and your application was disabled.
  • You may be using the wrong login info (email address for user I.D., etc.). Make sure to use the login information as it appears in the original emails you received.
