Spending Cap is also known as Budget Cap.

When the monthly spending amount is surpassed, your current and subsequent submissions will automatically be placed “On Hold” until the spending cap is increased (or a new month begins).

Once resolved, submissions are automatically re-evaluated and re-queued if funds are available.
