Groups can set a maximum monthly spending amount. When any user of the group submits a job that could go past the monthly spending amount the system will automatically place the job and all future jobs for the group “on hold” until the group increases their monthly spending cap. Once the monthly spending cap is increased any of the group job(s) that are on hold will be re-evaluated for job cost estimate to ensure that amount will not go over the monthly spending cap and the job(s) will automatically be requeued to the “in flight” job status to wait for a typist to complete.
