Team Manager is also known as Group Manager.
Users with this role can access and control member accounts within their team/group or sub-team/subgroup in the Team Dashboard. You can:
- Create and disable member accounts
- Download all completed documents (within the last 90 days)
- Execute reports
- Review billing and invoice information
- Send password reset emails
- Submit files on a member’s behalf
- Track job status
- Update a member’s:
- Addresses, Notifications, Permissions, Preferences, Profile, Templates, Word Lists, and more…
