Team Manager is also known as Group Manager.

Users with this role can access and control member accounts within their team/group or sub-team/subgroup in the Team Dashboard. You can:

  • Create and disable member accounts
  • Download all completed documents (within the last 90 days)
  • Execute reports
  • Review billing and invoice information
  • Send password reset emails
  • Submit files on a member’s behalf
  • Track job status
  • Update a member’s:
    • Addresses, Notifications, Permissions, Preferences, Profile, Templates, Word Lists, and more…
